Kevin L. Bradford is a partner with the law firm of Nadler Nadler & Burdman Co., LPA in Canfield, Ohio. He is licensed to practice law in the State of Ohio and the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. Kevin is a graduate of the University of Toledo, College of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctor, Magna Cum Laude. Kevin is a former U.S. Army Officer, lifelong shooter and outdoorsman, and an avid firearms collector. He is also the president and managing member of Molon Labe Armory, LLC (Molon Labe Ohio) which is a federal firearms licensee (“FFL”) and “Class 3” special occupational taxpayer (“SOT”) dealing in both Title I and Title II (NFA) firearms and further dedicated to the support and training of firearm enthusiasts.
Kevin is a Benefactor Life Member of the National Rifle Association, Patron Member of Ohioans for Concealed Carry, Member of National Firearms Act Trade and Collector Association (NFATCA), American Silencer Association (ASA), and maintains active memberships and participation in the Trumbull County Rod & Gun Club, Mercer County Sportsmen Association, and White Oak Shooting Club.
He is a business and estate planning attorney, with a sub-specialty in firearm law and 2nd Amendment issues; including Estate Planning for Firearm Owners, NFA and Title I Firearm Trusts, Representation of CHL / CCW license holders, Restoration of Firearms Rights, FFL and Gun Club Representation.
