Practice of the more than 140 year-old firm is limited to intellectual property law and related litigation.  This includes patents, trademarks, copyright, advertising, media, privacy and licensing issues. A substantial part of Glenn Bellamy’s practice is for clients in or related to the firearms industry.  He holds an 07FFL and 02SOT for the convenience of his clients to send and receive prototypes and to consult on questions of protection or infringement of firearm designs.  He advises clients and manages their IP portfolios, as well as spending much of his time litigating IP disputes in federal courts across the country.
